Policy
These rules explain how PTE Q3 handles practice scores, original question content, demo publishing, AI feedback, microphone use, and future AI training data.
Estimated Practice Score policy
All learner-facing scores in PTE Q3 are practice-only estimates. They are designed to help students review strengths, weaknesses, and next steps. PTE Q3 does not claim official Pearson PTE scoring and does not guarantee exam results.
Original content policy
Question bank content must be original, internally created, user-uploaded with permission, public-domain, Creative Commons, or properly licensed. PTE Q3 does not scrape or copy Pearson, ApeUni, or commercial PTE platforms.
Demo and production publishing policy
Demo-visible content can be used for local review and product demonstrations. Production publishing requires human QA, source metadata, low copyright risk, answer keys, explanations, rubrics, and required audio or image information.
AI tutor and scoring policy
AI tutor responses and scoring feedback must use approved platform content and must not invent official exam policy. If a provider is unavailable, the platform may use transparent demo or fallback feedback for testing only.
Audio and microphone policy
Speaking practice may use microphone recording in the browser. Recordings are used for practice attempts, Estimated Practice Score feedback, and review workflows. Students should avoid uploading private or sensitive personal information.
Training data consent policy
Future AI training datasets can only use consented learner data after anonymization, legal-safe content filtering, and human review. Synthetic demo attempts must not be treated as real production training data.
Important legal note
PTE Q3 is an independent practice platform. It is not affiliated with Pearson. Scores shown in the app are Estimated Practice Scores only.
If you upload your own question files, only upload content you created or have permission to use. Do not upload leaked exam questions, copied answer keys, copied transcripts, or copyrighted materials from other platforms.
